"Friendsgiving" Cocktail Party Reservation Request Form

Please let us know if you'd like to join our first Friendsgiving cocktail party the night before Thanksgiving! By letting us know your interest in attending, this better helps us have an idea of how many people to expect. Also, we are running a special small plate entree with a three-cocktail pairing flight. There is no obligation to participate, but in the form, you will also be able to indicate if you have interest in participating. Again, this just helps us know how many people to prepare for. Special Menu Reservation

The meal consists of three small plates, with each plate paired with a specialty cocktail. The price is $39. No obligation to participate, but quantities are limited, and this will help us know how many we should be prepared for.
